**IMPORTANT** ~Rental Agreement~ Guests will promptly receive the Rental Agreement upon booking submission. To receive property access code, guests must e-sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID. ~Security Deposit~ A $500 security deposit hold will be charged off-platform 7 days before check-in. The hold will be released within 48 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or need for excess cleaning. ~Vacationing with Pets~ * We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!) Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications, as well as agreeing to Pet Rules required. * Contact us for pet approval before submitting the booking request. * Be sure to add the number of pets in your booking request (Under Guests>Scroll down to Pets) so the Pet Fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay is properly included in your booking amount. * We provide a 24”x36” kennel, dog sheets/towels and dog bowls.~Refunds~ Direct bookings provide guests with the best rates by avoiding platform service fees. While we strive to ensure a perfect stay, we cannot offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or personal reasons. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added peace of mind. Additionally, violations of our house rules may result in early departure without a refund.
