**IMPORTANT** ~Rental Agreement, ID & Security Deposit Hold~ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement and the booker’s ID verification. Guests must either opt in for a $45 non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company, OR authorize a refundable temporary $500 security deposit hold–not a traditional security deposit, not an actual charge, released if no damage/excessive cleaning! The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account -- it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of our favorite local spots. ~Vacationing with Pets~ * We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!) Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications, as well as agreeing to Pet Rules required. * Contact us for pet approval before submitting the booking request. * Be sure to add the number of pets in your booking request so the $200 Pet Fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay is properly included in your booking amount. * We provide a 24”x36” kennel, dog sheets/towels and dog bowls. ~Refunds~ Direct bookings provide guests with the best rates by avoiding platform service fees. While we strive to ensure a perfect stay, we cannot offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or personal reasons. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added peace of mind. Additionally, violations of our house rules may result in early departure without a refund.
